DIA meets monthly on either the third Thursday at noon or the 3rd Monday at 6:30, except for July and December when there is no meeting. The meetings rotate amongst our participating congregations, who serve as hosts. On Mondays lunch is provided by the host while evening meetings are potluck finger foods and desserts.
Event Announcements



"The Right to Exist" film is being screened, The documentary, "The Right to Exist," will be shown at the Davis United Methodist Church, 1620 Anderson Rd, on Friday, March 20, doors open at 6:30, film begins at 7:00. "The Right to Exist" explores the homelessness crisis in Sacramento through a combination of personal stories and in-depth analysis. The film follows the city-authorized Camp Resolution, a self-governed, women-run homeless encampment whose struggle for continued existence garnered national attention. A discussion with the documentary's film maker Nick Anderson will follow the screening. Please rsvp at bb20131100@gmail.com.
