The Grace in Action Board of Directors is delighted to announce that Rev. Tom Rand has joined the ministry as our new Executive Director. Tom brings decades of experience as a pastor, teacher, and nonprofit leader, with a proven record of cultivating community partnerships and raising support for impactful initiatives. He has helped launch affordable housing projects, developed programs for vulnerable youth and families, and guided organizations through seasons of growth and change. He is passionate about relationship-based care, spiritual formation, and equipping volunteers to serve with compassion. In his interviews, Tom’s mantra was that we are ALL “beloved”—a word that beautifully reflects the heart of our ministry and the way God sees each guest we serve.
